Everything I share here comes from real care for how you have been feeling. I want to be just as clear about what this work is, and what it is not, so you can make good decisions for your body alongside the people who care for it.
This work is educational, not medical advice
The information on this website, in my guides, quizzes, workshops, emails, and programs is for education and general wellbeing support. It is not medical advice, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Symptoms are information worth understanding, and understanding your body is not the same as receiving a medical diagnosis.
I am a practitioner, not your physician
I am a Certified, Trauma-informed Integrative Women's Health Practitioner. I am not acting as your doctor, and reading this website or working with me does not create a doctor-patient relationship. I do not prescribe medication, and I refer out to qualified medical providers for diagnosis and medical treatment.
Please keep your own provider in the picture
This work is meant to sit alongside your medical care, never to replace it. Please talk with your physician or a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health, and especially before starting or stopping any medication, hormone therapy, or supplement, or if you are pregnant, nursing, or living with a medical condition. If you and I work together and I notice something worth exploring, I will encourage you to bring it to your provider.
About functional lab testing
If lab testing is ever part of our work together, it is used through an educational and functional lens to help us understand your body more fully. It is not a medical diagnosis, and I refer to your healthcare provider for any medical interpretation or treatment.
Every body is different
Bodies are individual, and healing is paced and personal. Nothing here is a promise of a specific result, and what supports one woman may not be right for another. You are always the authority on your own body, and you are free to take what serves you and leave the rest.
In an emergency
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are struggling with your mental health or safety, please reach out to a qualified professional or a crisis line in your area right away.
